Lynker supports multiple government and private sector programs and projects comply with regulations governing environmental protection. We are experts in practical application and implementation of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA),Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (MSA), National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and other Federal and state laws, guidance and regulations.
We develop, write and consult on Biological Opinions (BiOps), Environmental Assessments (EA), and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), ESA Sections 4 and 7 consultations, treaty negotiations, and various permits and management plans for federally protected areas.

Lynker provides vital administrative, fiscal, personnel and office support to our customers, bringing innovative office automation software into the federal workspace, including collaborative word processing, forms handling, spreadsheet, and graphics support for technical reports, presentations, and publications. We track expenditures and contracts, payment of vendor invoices, and assist with procurement and travel. Lynker team members facilitate access for visitors, staff, interns and others to federal offices by processing required paperwork. Our personnel also coordinate day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, organizing supplies, support and logistics for meetings, and arranging for office repairs as needed.
