Lynker provides exceptionally qualified NMFS Protected Species, Marine Mammal, and Fisheries observers with the experience and expertise to operate throughout North America and the Pacific.

Lynker offers exceptional depth and reach back to over 200 trained protected species observers ready and able to be deployed on short notice to meet coverage requirements. Combined, our management team has more than 60 years of experience  managing Federal observer programs in the Atlantic, Alaska, and the Greater Pacific.

Lynker’s extensive and mature corporate infrastructure and training program enables our observers to seamlessly transition to and support our customers on projects as far west as the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands (CNMI), Guam, American Samoa, and the Northwest Hawaiian Islands to Alaska, the West Coast, the Gulf of Mexico, and the US Eastern Seaboard.

The breadth and diversity of our scientific, technical, and professional services portfolio also means not only are we able to provide better pay and benefits, but also opportunities for our observers to grow professionally and contribute to scientific research, projects, and programs in all regions across the US and beyond.

“When I was originally selected for this current observer position with {previous company}, I had given myself 2 years with company. However since Lynker officially took over in October, I feel that it’s opened the door to so many more possibilities. I certainly see myself staying with Lynker for way longer then 2 years. I want to finally begin an actual career, here with Lynker.” – senior fisheries observer in the Pacific Islands Region Observer Program
