Management of Recruitment and Selection:

  • Advertise, screen and recruit qualified applicants
  • Maintain external and internal job postings
  • Screen Resumes
  • Develop interview questionnaires and conduct first level interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with supervisors
  • Prepare employment documents
  • Complete all administration associate with the New Hiring Process
  • Manage all background checks, drug screening test and driving record check
  • Order adverse action if necessary


  • Provide new employees with relevant information through Orientation class
  • Brief new employees on the home setting and what is expected of them
  • Create and generate ID badge for new employees
  • Coordinate their start-up date with the appropriate department supervisor

Administrative/Employee file and Database management:

  • Maintenance of the HRIS system
  • Maintenance of Personnel file
  • Encoded and maintained Employee Information
  • Develop and refine Job Descriptions and Performance Reviews
  • Maintain compliance on employee records and reporting submission

Employee Relations

  • Respond and report complaints and grievances
  • Investigate complaints
  • Respond to any HR related inquiries
  • Develop and maintain employee motivation program
  • Conduct exit interviews

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage benefits enrollment and termination
  • Respond to inquiries regarding eligibility, provisions, policies and other matters related to benefits programs
  • Ensure accuracy of benefit provider invoices
  • Coordinate with providers any problem that arises in employee’s enrollment and termination
  • Manage employee vacation records
  • Manage and report employment information for COBRA administration

Workers Compensation:

  • Coordinate with supervisors and employees workers compensation and incident report forms
  • Investigate accidents/injuries and prepares report to insurance carrier
  • Report Worker’s Compensation
  • Coordinate and responded to follow up question from claim adjuster
  • Coordinate worker’s compensation issues with the lawyers and insurance carrier
  • Track and post OSHA-required data and files reports


  • Encode unemployment claim information to the Unemployment website
  • Respond to inquiries from the DOL unemployment
  • Serve as liaison to DOL unemployment office


  • Coordinate training with all the trainers
  • Schedule trainings
  • Serve as the company’s Orientation instructor
  • Prepare and manage individual Quarterly Training Report
  • Prepare and send letters on training deficit


  • Prepare and posted OSHA report
  • Prepare and submitted EEO report
  • Prepare and coordinated AAP report
  • Coordinate reports related to the Affordable Care Act
