The Greater Atlantic Region Fisheries Office (GARFO) supports healthy ocean populations and ecosystems providing safe sustainable seafood. Supporting GARFO in tracking and analyzing commercial and recreational fishing, Lynker developed a mobile app to replace the manual processing of fish catch statistics. This application supports asynchronous replication of data and centralizes trip reports tying them to their permit. Lynker is GARFO’s sole Technology and Data Management Division (TDMD) division IT support services vendor. We are actively engaged in helping GARFO expedite the consolidation, modernization, and standardization of its Information Management Systems portfolio. We coordinate and deliver multiple concurrent projects and activities for over 250+ customers to support systems, networks, databases, and web applications.
Lynker has successfully certified against the ISO/IEC 20000 standard. ISO 20000 is a global standard that describes the requirements for an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system. The standard was developed to mirror the best practices described within the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
